EdgeFlow provides AI-powered trading insights, trade analytics and performance tracking, strategy-building tools, and broker integrations through API-based or read-only connections. EdgeFlow does not execute trades on your behalf unless explicitly authorized by you.

EdgeFlow is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. All content is for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. Account Responsibility
You agree to keep login credentials secure, be responsible for all activity on your account, and provide accurate information.
6. Broker Connections and API Usage
When connecting a broker, you grant access through API keys or approved broker authorization flows. You are responsible for API permissions. Read-only access is strongly recommended. EdgeFlow is not liable for losses due to API misuse, unauthorized access, or credential mishandling.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Services may require payment. Pricing may change at any time. Billing is in advance unless otherwise stated.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, reverse engineer or exploit the system, or resell or redistribute services without permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software belong to EdgeFlow.
10. Limitation of Liability
EdgeFlow is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, system downtime, incorrect signals, data delays, or market outcomes. Use the platform at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States.
